In the wake of the May 2006 Java earthquake, some parts of Prambanan sustained significant damage. The site is open again, but some temples are cordoned off and entry into the temples is not allowed.

I asked Audrey to lie down on the floor and wanted to have a bottom up angle to capture the dramatic sky. Poor Audrey lied down on the warm floor… but she still kept her charm and smile, she didn’t complain bout this idiotic photographer.

Borobudur (Part 2)

Candi Mendut (Mendut Temple) is 3 kilometers eastward from Borobudur Temple. It is a Buddhist temple, built in 824 A.D. by King Indera of Cailendra dynasty.
